LCP

We'd met at Houston's on Westheimer/Wilcrest after work and I was following her in my S4 back to the house. We were eastbound on Westheimer at Rogerdale, which is the last light about 150 feet before the tollway, which we needed to turn right on to get home. She has a Millenia S, which with 210 supercharged HP can do 0-60 in the high 7's. She came to a stop at the Rogerdale light in the next to the right lane because the traffic in the right lane was kind of long. I knew she was going to blow them away and change lanes in front of them to make the right turn, but I didn't know if there'd be enough room for me to get in behind her and in front of them, so I move to the left of her and figure that I can take her before she takes them. The light changes and I wasn't sure how hard she'd launch, but she launched hard and I'm sure her traction control was kicking in, so I've got to floor it. At the end of 1st gear I'm a car ahead, and shift to second and wait to pull 2 car lengths ahead to change lanes in front of her (while she's changing lanes in front of the righthand cars) and we both make the right turn. That was fun, but I didn't put on the hazards and signal a victory...I slowed on the tollway feeder road and let her pass me so she could enter the tollbooth ahead of me, and then I followed her home. Wonder if the guy in the righthand lane that got double waxed ever wondered what the hell was going on?<p><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/LCPawsig1.jpg">
