around and really couldn't find anything with this offset and setup. Should I run a 35mm...The wheels website states that a 32mm in a 18x8 is the proper wheel for the 2001 S4. Please help...will I need to roll fenders? Thank you

I used to have BBS SX 18x8, ET 32 with Firestone SZ50EP & Yoko Parada Spec2 in those tire sizes. With stock suspension, you should barely rub, if at all. With my H&R street coilovers, I only rubbed on hard cornering.

Some tires run wider than others ... and depending on how low your car is from stock will determine how much you will rub if any.
I know my S4 on CH's which were 35mm 18x8.5 didn't rub much on parada's before and my car was very low. Only rubbed on a downhill right turn dipped corner.
Of course I was running H&R ultra's at the time as well. Makes a big difference what your spring rates are as well.

from ground to fender. Tires were S03's too which are wider than most other brands w/ the same width. No rubbing at all, even at the track.

But this setup should be ok for your car. 32mm with an 8" wide wheel should give you some good clearance.
Yokohama tires run narrower than other tires so if you choose Yoko's ... you'll be fine. No guarantee it won't rub but if you do ... it will be very slight. Most of the time rubbing occurs on the fender liner and not the fender. Most people just cut the fender liner if this happens.
Good luck.
