Yes, 235/40ZR18 Dunlop SP Sport 9000 on 18 * 8 ET35 TSW Fly here, no problems whatsoever. Could be lighter, however. Pay attention to clearance between rim spokes and brake caliper. Especially if you have a MY2000 with older rotors, and they get replaced by the newer ones, you might find a surprise. They have a bigger offset, and if I am not entirely wrong, it is about 3mm bigger. Very tight now, less than 0.5 mm clearance. And tires: 235/45 did not fit, neither did 245/40. They rubbed against the plastic liner.
