I have VAST fueling. I'm @ sea level... So far Prince has told me it's OK and so has Jordan (The Jerbel). I just keep seeing these threads about running 24+ can kill them quickly. I deffffffff. don't want THAT to happen! Opinions pleeease! I can ask to turn it down a notch but do you guys think I'm ok. I run the RS4 Airbox, RS4 Meter with Hitachi sensor etc. Im sure VAST knows what they're doing just making sure I won't run into issues. I dont hit full throttle more than maybe once or so a week. And usually only a gear or two.

I'm sure if you graphed how hard people drove their cars against expected age of turbos, you would see some correlation between driving hard and a shorter life span.

their lifespan, run 15psi on them and they should last forever and a day. Honestly though, more important than how much boost you're running, is how well you treat them, warm up/cool down, good oil, regular oil changes, pressure test often, log often, etc.

that oil temp is well off the 150. like 200 minimum for me. I've heard 175 is OK but I don't push it like that. I wait until 200 and then just the last few miles before home IF i boost ANY the whole way (seriously i stay out of boost 9/10 times i drive) i drive easy then sit for 15 secs... and oil changes every 3K ! I baby it. I just want to do my part to keep those babies pulling likea train for a longg time!
