will anything besides stock rims fit in the spare wheel well?

Would an 18 or even 19 inch rim fit? Just wondering in case I pop for 5 rims instead of 4.

it's not only the size of the rim, it's the width of the tire/rim

19X7.5s would fit with 225s on them.....but 235/45/17s won't fit (8.5 rim)

8inch rims might fit

My 18x8 Ronal LZ with a 235/40-18 Pilot Sport fits...

...but you can tell it's trying to "pop up" the trunk floor liner a bit. So, I don't think an 8.5" wheel or anything wider than a 235 would work so well.

s4hero is right about width is of concern also. But a 19" wheel will fit. I have one in my car now

The tire is a 235/35 Yokohama AVS sports.
