Default Will bank 1 and bank 2 lean codes damage anything? Trying to figure out what it is but dont want to
get other components broken for compensating the lean codes

Default Leak on the pressurized side would be rich. Leak on the atmo side would be lean...
Leaks on the atmo side are rarely large enough to trigger a code though.

What are the procedcures to log the MAF readings with a VAGCOM?
