Unless the part #s have the same letters at the end, no. I can't remember if any of the ECUs
remained the same from 2000 to 2001.5. I don't think so though... In fact, I doubt they are the same since 2000s had no ESP.

Now, the long answer is that you can recode the 2000 ECU to the Hitachi MAF, but you'd still be without the ESP and also, your ABS won't work.

The only 6MT ECU's that are interchangeable are T and M that I know of.
I know T and M are, since I have had both of those running in my car with just swap.
