Will my insurance go up?
I was in an accident where i was not at fault, so the other person will pay. the problem is that we have the same insurance company. then my car was broken into and i had about $1500 worth of damages, so i had to file a claim. Now my friend says since there were 2 incidents within the last 3 month my insurance will increase. is he right?

I dont think so, you are not at fault, if they do raise it I would go create havoc with them, but..
I am no insurance agent. I think it also depends on state and company as well.

Depends on the insurance company, and the state you live in.
Best thing to do is to talk to your agent to find out what the criteria are for raising rates. It's best to do this *before* filing a claim with your insurance company, so you can make an informed decision that will save you money over the long haul.
