Will stock S4 brakes overheat if I press it really hard on the track?

Most "serious" track drivers tend to upgrade to Stoptech, Brembo, Alcon, etc. At minimum, the OEM pads and rotors should be upgraded for track use. Otherwise, more than likely they will fade and wear out quickly.

You'll start to feel the stockers fade, and you'll know that it's about time to back things off a bit...
You should also take a slow cool-down lap before coming back into the pits; refrain from using the brakes (especially at low wheel speeds), and don't set your parking brake.
