Default you need an extending tool to reach back screw. and an extended magnetic "grabber" to...

get the screw and not have it drop into engine bay.

Is the back screw vertical, or horizontal?

Default It would not work on the screw down near the fender. You'll need a rachet extention or...

a long torx (screw) driver to reach it.
