Default Windshield wiper consensus? I bought ICON's a few months ago,
tried putting them on and they wouldn't clip completely. What is the deal? My stock wipers can't wipe to save their lives. Any idea here? I bought the correct sizes mentioned, one still seems long. Zing.

They fit fine on mine, but didn't wipe worth a damn, or make full contact with the windshield.

I just put a pair of Bosch Icon's on my wife's allroad. She says they are great.

They work fine for me so far. haven't had to use them at high speed yet though

Default I have the B5.5 Passat wiper arms and OE aero blades and they work very well.
They are a bit lower profile than the Bosch/Valeo blades that work with the stock arms.

IIRC, it was about $80 for the arms and blades but subsequent blade refills are cheaper than the Bosch/Valeo alternatives.

Default I got the euro wiper kit , they work great especially at high speed
The wiper sit lower in cowl and looks much better.
