This morning I noticed a rattle every time the windshield wiper took a swipe. Anyone have this issue? Is the wiper motor on it's way out?

No, it's a brand new blade. This is a vibration that sounds like it's coming from behind the steering console. That's why I suspected it had something to do with the wiper motor.
One interesting thing though, the old blade and the new would "skip" across the windshield occasionly. Today, the blade stopped skipping and that's when the rattle started.

I was surprised that they had this -- once adjusted -- the angle the blade is presented to the glass-- it stopes the anoying chatter

Maybe the bolt at the base of the arm is loose? Have you checked that?
