that the article was all over the place. They spoke about retail, automotive and p.o.s (point of sale). All three use different technologies and different encryption methods. I understand the article's intent, though, is that anything can be cracked. It's all a matter of time!

I agree that it might be more than adequate for people who don't have the tools, knowledge, or ambition to "break in" but typically if there is a flaw in the encryption it will be found and with this wonderful internet thing, some kid in China now is totally aware of it.
