Would the following codes cause limp mode at 4k rpm?
I am helping out friend with a B5 S4 - I am not all that familiar but do have VAG-COM...
5 Faults Found:
17866 - Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor 2 (G236): Short to Ground
P1458 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16885 - Vehicle Speed Sensor: Implausible Signal
P0501 - 35-00 - -
17963 - Charge Pressure: Maximum Limit Exceeded
P1555 - 35-00 - -
16487 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70): Signal too High
P0103 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16815 - Warm Up Catalyst; Bank 2: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0431 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
We found his N75 had come off the tubing (is that hard broke or can it just be pushed back on?), and his speedo reads 0 despite the fact he just replaced the VSS. Logging block 003 shows MAF maxed at 190g/s right at cutout.
Any help would be appreciated.

We did but it wouldn't stay on very well. Ended up using duct tape as
a temporary fix to hold it in. That code did not come back during the logged run, but the issue remained.
