Would you build an engine with 52k mi?

Sorry I was out of town and didn't reply for a couple days, but your input is appreciated.
So I think I decided to just build the engine I have. With the low-ish mileage I probably won't need to do rings, and since I'll be keeping the top-end completely stock the good maintenance on the low mileage engine will be beneficial. Plus it'll help resell value
Also I won't have to deal with selling and shipping an engine.
Like I said, I'm only doing rods.
