I had my oil changed at the dealership 2 days ago, and now that plastic shield under the engine is hanging down half-way and scraping the ground. What the hell is that thing called and what the hell should I ask of them for being completely retarded. I guess I shouldn't expect much when the person that brought my car to the service area was some 16 year old dip****. Seriously what should I do when I confront them about it?? After buying an Audi Assured car form the dealership I definatley expected more. Now all I want is the money I could have saved by buying from a private source and modding the **** out of the car and told every dealership to **** off in the process. I'm done...Thanks

then i suggest you never, ever, ever, i mean NEVER
have anyone else work on your car again...
definitely not a dealership service dept...
ps, in my area, pretty much every service dept
in the area will give you extra screws for the
belly pan for free... techs lose small crap like
that all day long.
i'd suggest you drive right into the service dept
entrance, and ask your tech to jack her up real
quick and throw the extra fasteners on...
and i suggest you be reallly nice, cause techs
tend to remember a customer they don't particularly care for.

considering you own a $40k car, i'd suggest
you spend the next few mod dollars on a Volvo
beater... take that to the bar instead, it
just isn't worth taking an S4 to a bar.

this was just a minor incident that set me off. You spend the kind of money at the delaership and you would hope to trust them to do a good job when they work on your car.
