comes out with less total $$. Silver cars for example are easier to find and generally cost less.

PS. I could have got any color when I bought this car new. I liked silver best, followed by Nogaro.

I am not saying that should run with silver, just check cost equation:
1) Buy x color and repaint to desired color = XXX$
2) Buy desired color = YYY$
Just check XXX$ vs YYY$ and make best choice is all that I am saying. I don't give a f?ck either way.

and fade fast maybe even rust. If i were to repaint a car it would have to be done right, engine bay, door's etc. Then since i'm painting the car i mite as well buy a rs4 front, euro rear end and so on. so yea it would take alot of $$$$..
Thanks for the input though.....

I am not talking about a MACO paint job, but a real paint job. I estimate (without any real data) that it would cost ~2.5K
