WTF Achtuning! ....
I know Achtuning has a strong following here on AW and untill recently I had no complaints about their service. The problem came after I ordered a replica wheel(on October 16) to replace one that I bent. I have a set of winter tires waiting to be mounted for my winter set up. The problems begin after the first call to Achtuning roughly two weeks after I ordered checking on it. The response was "uh oh yeah here it is I will put that through right now." Here we are two more weeks later after two call to their wonderful customer sevice voicemail with no replies. I need a rep B5 S4 wheel from them or not if anyone can suggest a more professional and responsive company I would be more than greatful. Sorry for the rant but how can a company succeed with this kind of (or lack of) customer service?

That may be our fault? We just got 114 reps back in yesterday.
Starting this week we are now doing the final shipping for them. Give me a call so I cordinate with them on your order.

Should have done that from the start. Not your choice, but hey I cut out the middle man and..
went straight to you guys! And you guys rocked! Even though you DID send me the wrong lug bolts. But you did try EVERYTHING you could to fix it. Even by calling two local wheel shops and getting some for me! Now THAT'S what I call customer service.

If you can get it from the MFR at the same price, why bother with another party messing up your-
order. I can never understand that. It's not like some huge savings is being passed along. They are drop shipped from the MFR wharehouse anyways. Lesson learned.

It is simply unreal to me that anyone buys stuff from you guys.
Whatever, my wallet goes elsewhere. The other chumps on here that keep getting the same BS can toss their money into the abyss as they please.
