wtf kind of tool do i need to get the timing gear off the crankshaft???
i have a set of bolt pullers, and i already bent two sets of bolts on the damned thing.

You took the crankbolt out first right? :)
Might have to make your own puller out of a steel plate, I would think with 8 bolt holes to bolt the plate to, you should be able to make something come out, even if it's only the threads from the holes

my money is on the threads from the holes :p
i sprayed it with some penetrating oil and left it with some tension on the puller. maybe it'll just handle itself while im at work.
and maybe my K03s will magically grow in size too.

;P if it doesn't come loose while you're gone, torque it to the point of bending, and give the
center bolt of the puller a few good taps with a hammer (keeping in mind there is a crankshaft under there .
I've had a few old old small engines that wouldn't pop off their flywheels even with a 3 jaw puller starting to flex the flywheel, at that point one or two solid whacks on the center puller bolt would send the whole show flying up into the air
If that doesn't work, I guess it's time for the homebrew 8 point puller.
