X-pel on headlights and fogs...couple questions.

do they stay on? i read on the A4 board that some people had theirs burn off. do they yellow at all? can you still use plexus to clean and polish the surface if the you put X-Pel on?

First, there is a difference between Xenon and Halogen in terms of heat output. Xenons are cooler than Halogen. This may effect performance over time.
Second, the headlight film from X-Pel is pretty thick and would probably suffer adverse effects with the heat from Halogen headlights over time.
My Armourfend installer used a thinner than X-Pel 3M film on my headlights and I've had no problems with heat issues or rocks. For two and a half years.
