Default Yeah that is what I mean - a slight tilt would be nice.

I kinda like to see the title or artist when a song comes on...

Default yeah there is a nut, had to die grind a slot on underside of antenna, and a notch in front of square

hole in roof metal so wire wouldn't pinch. i siliconed the base of both antennas, stock antenna in case of leaks, and sat antenna so it wouldn't move around when i washed car.

I put mine in with the brake light to hide it further.

Default Nice job, but why didn't you notch the gasket around the base of the antenn and- ->

you siloconed the bottom of the sat antenna? doesn't that kill the ground?

Default i did notch the lip of gasket, it has pretty much conformed over past couple of months.

i'm not sure what ground you are talking about, sat antenna can't get a ground through paint that i know of, i recall instructions saying that the antenna needed to be stuck to a metal surface to work correctly, but i didn't scrap any paint off, should i have?
