Yatzie! No start problem fixed!
If anyone else ever runs into the problem where the car will turn over but, the ECU won't get power (therefore no Fuel Pump and no Spark), it's the ignition switch. Patience is needed for the removal of the entire column and steering wheel, but the problem was fixed.
