Default yellowish waxy substance leaking and brake line leak...

I've got 100miles left with my warranty so i decided to jack the car up today and give everything one last once over before my days at the dealer are over.
All seals, boots, and joints looked very good

But i did find a yellowish waxy looking substance drip in my driver side wheel well...is this stuff the rust preventative spray dripping? Seemed to be the answer when i searched.

Also i found a leaky brake line running into the driver's side rear brakes...is this anything it need to get looked at or worry about (like brakes failing)?

TIA, i'm just hoping to get any last thing taken care of before warranty goes bye bye and mods go hi hi

Default Yes, waxy stuff is cosmoline sprayed into the body cavities at the factory.

Drips out some over time... no big deal.

Leaky brake line I'd get checked out ASAP though.

Is it brake fluid? Looks more like oil. Sure it isn't coming from the differential?
