Default You have a strong stage 2, some RS6 turbos, and engine build money. What do you do?

Actual mod list below (car currently runs ~4.3/~4.5 fats)

I am _finally_ going to make the leap to stage 3. I have rs6 turbos and some engine build money set aside. I know I need rods and larger injectors. What else should I do and, assuming I can't afford to do everything, what are the most important things to do; rebuild valve train for higher rpm, rs4 cams, mess with compression, bore, port and polish, larger heads...? If there were a matrix of Engine Mod : Cost : Power/Benefit, what would be up at the top?

Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:

VAST Custom Tune
RS4 clutch/flywheel
Walbro high flow fuel pump
fuel pressure gauge
drive train stabilizer
rear diff ring and 034 bushings
track density transmission mounts
track density engine mounts
Vast snub mount (APR snub mount tore)
intake spacers
Forge DV's
ssautochrome exhaust,
Modshack custom intake and MAF housing
green giants
snow perf Meth injection
cxracing FMIC
high flow electric fan
JHM 4:1 center diff
JHM power steering cooler
15mm spacers on rear

Suspension Modifications:

Stasis (koni) motorsports with 700/800 springs
CPP adj upper control arms
h-sport sways

Wheels/Tires Modifications:

Slicks on stock wheels for the track
Bridgestone all seasons on miglia's for day to day

Interior/Exterior Modifications:

short shifter with zip tie fix
AWE boost gauge

I would do rods and valve train so you can run a full torgue tune with high revving to maximize the gains. Why are you going with the CPP versus the Stern?

Default CPP v Stern

Everything from that mod-list is currently on the car. I went with CPP before the Stern control arms were available...and I was able to get the used for a good price.

Woops, didn't see the rods comment. Maybe some 2.8 heads and get them done? I've read you can get them cheap these days. And no doubt the extra flow would help with those sexy RS6s.

New clutch for sure. You will kill a RS4 clutch with RS6 turbos. You may need a new maf. I'm not sure how big your custom one is. 2.8 heads are more of an option I would say. Nice to have, but not necessary for RS6's.

Current MAF is 83mm.
