You would think that the non-fouler O2 mod would be pretty easy, but........

as a back up. Once I figured out that it was impossible to get it to fit without breaking off the anti-fouler, I just figured I'd try a different route with the O2 Sims. I thought about posting with the results for everyone, but a couple days later someone else mentioned that they had done the same thing.
Now having said all that, having new bungs put in after main cats would have been alot cheaper.
The advantage to the O2 sims, though, is that I never have to mess with that stuff under the car again. Took my old stock O2's, put them back in with about a foot and a half of wire hanging off them and ziptied to the tranny.

....using APR DP with GIAC. Did the de-fouler mod as posted by RMcQ (but I drilled the top one smaller, so the wall is thicker and less easy to break when attached to DP). I was soldering my O2 sensors wire to extend it but since it failed the 1st time, I ordered the 4fts OE (Bosch) O2 sensor instead. Still have CEL after like 40-50 miles drive on 2nd try. Can anyone give shred some light on what should I do? (I REALLY like my GIAC....but if APR 2+ SW is the only way, I guess I'll have to go for it...damn!)

And it works!! Block 46 came in at a whopping .13 sec, it is reading a voltage and it passed. WooHoo !! This time I opened up the hole in the end of the bottom piece so it gets a little more exhaust gas to sniff. Now for the driver's side.

Opening up the bottom hole a little did the trick also. Maybe it's the Zoldman sensors needing a little more exhaust to sniff.

BTW - I only used a vise and a hand held dewalt drill. I drilled from the inside and it was easy to get a clean bore without breaking the antifouler.... or I was lucky?!?
