Default S6 with RS4 style 20" wheels and 275 Conti DWS tires.

I have wheels from my previous car, a 2011 S5. They're 20" RS4 style wheels optional on the S5 in the EU, with a much more aggressive offset. See photos, no spacers etc. Tires are 275/35-20. Next set I'll probably bump them up to a 275/40.

For the winter set(s) on my Audis, I have run Blizzaks and Wintersports.
Third on Conti Extreme Contact DWS... replaced my Dunlap Sport Max tires on my S4 with the DWS tires. Great traction, great wear, great looks and great price. For everyday driving can't be beat IMO. Will definitely buy again, in a heat beat.

Go for the new Michelin PS A/S 3's, summer tire performance in an all season tire with a 45,000 mile treadwear guarantee. See my thread from the other forum.

I put the Conti DWS on my 996 C4 and my 997 C2 against the advice of my Porsche Dealer. Had the PS 3's been available I would have used them over the Conti's. That said, I get great performance from the DWS tires on a Porsche no less! With high performance summer tires I was replacing the rears on the C4 every 8,000 miles and that grew old and expensive. I don't track my cars and drive mostly in a straight line (sometimes fast) so I see no need for h/p summer tires. The DWS performs just fine on the occasional trip to the mountains and I've driven the "tail of the dragon" more than once with them.
Bottom line is that come October I'll replace the 20" P Zeros with the Michelin PS 3's on my S6.

Is there material difference between Michelin PS A/S 3 and PSS?
