The top one looks like it might be lumbar support adjustment for the seat and the bottom one looks like it is windows and mirrors. However neither look like they belong in an RS6. Could it be that the seats are an aftermarket option? Can't work out where the other switch is located from your photo but normally mirrors and window switches are on the drivers door
