Center air vent temperature variance

Center air vent temperature variance
The center vents in my 2013 blow air at different temperatures, even when the thermostat is synced. The right side is about 5 degrees warmer.
Now the dealer verified this and then told this is normal. I think this is BS. Anyone else experiencing this?
