How long have you waited/are you waiting for your S6?

I placed the order for my S6 during the last week of August. I expected a 3-4 month wait but last I heard from my dealership is that it would be a 'February car'. It's mid January now and still no word. I wouldn't be surprised if it is over a 6 month wait. My salesperson has hinted that they and Audi Canada may be able to 'do something for the long wait'. I'm sure this is a much longer wait than average.
How much (money or equipment) would you think is reasonable to expect as compensation for this delay? (I already bought winter wheels (Hartmann's) and tires (Hakkapellita R2) but it looks like winter will be over by the time I get the car..)
On order: 2014 S6, Quartz Grey, 20 in wheels, Driver Assistance package.

Agreed. Not really Audi's problem, but more a problem with your particular dealer (though I will admit Audi's allocation system can leave something to be desired if dealing with a low-volume dealer).
I personally was told six months (Audi Exclusive paint), but it arrived in three.

I finally got word from my sales person that the car will go on the boat Jan 27th. The ETA for arrival to port on the east coast is February 24th. I expect a few more days for ground transport and preparation. I signed for it on August 25th so in the end it will be over 6 months wait.
As I mentionned in my original post the dealership has suggested that they would 'do something' to make up for this unusually long wait. What would you accept as a reasonable offer to compensate for the extended wait?

you can ask for Audi care to be included for free. They should at least be able to throw that in since the dealer gets "x" amount of them free for every "x" amount they sell.
