In the Europe the S6 comes with an S-specific illuminated starter button that has a red surround. This is pictured on the Audi USA site in the stock photo, but that means nothing because they always say European equipment may be shown.

Is this on the US cars as well? I know some other things like stitching on the doors and the LED lights are watered down for the US model. Anyone that has taken delivery please chime in

Yes, my starter button has the red surround. Note that Canadian models have slightly different standard specs (e.g. mine has the door pull stitching, plus headlight washers and standard heated seats).

I have seen 2 S7s at dealerships in the U.S. with the red surround, but I haven't seen any S6s in person yet.

Innovation and comfort seats. To me, the comfort seats make the interior look just like a regular A6. But if one has back problems, etc... they would probably be a must have

Yes, they lack the pizzaz of the Sport pews. If I'd ordered instead of taking what was available on the lot, I'd have spec'd those too.
