Default PL: S6 C8 Reliability w/o warranty?

So I've been an owner of the 2019 45 TFSI A6 C8 for the past 3 years. Bought it CPO at around 30kkm mileage and have it under warranty until June 2024. There was one recall but apart from that the car has been bulletproof. It's at 67kkm. I love it. It rides like a dream, coming from 3 generations of Skoda Octavia estates, an A6 wagon has forever been a dream of mine. There was one more dream, however - the S6 Avant..
I went through some life **** last 2 years and feel like I want to splurge on one of my 'endgame' cars. I'm debating getting a C8 S6 3.0 TDI Avant (I know it's a diesel but I'm in europe and don't care). I'm thinking of getting a 2020 or 2021 with up to 40-45k km mileage. Most offers that I see are CPO with up to 12 months of warranty that could be extended by maybe 12 months and then a 'Car Protect' which is kind of like a warranty extension by VAG here in europe.
My question to everyone here is - if the car 2-3 years old will be CPO and later inspected by my local audi dealership and I do all my checkups on time - should I be worried about this car getting to e.g. 150k km within 5 years? Or should that engine be rather worry-free? I don't drive like a maniac, but since forever, I have been kind-of scared of high mileage cars and would like to keep this one for at least 4 or 5 years.

Might not related, since I am in USA with a 2022 S6 2.9L V6 TT TFSI engine. The TDI diesel engine is different than TFSI gasoline engine. How much difference? I do not know.

But for my car, there is a known BSG starter/alternator issue that will stop the car completely. Not happened to me yet, but quite some, you can find them here in C8 generation forums.

Now, started 1 week ago, I have the orange malfunction indicator light (or so-called check engine light but without "CHECK" mark) on........ what makes me feel a little more uncomfortable is the local Audi dealer can only schedule me for 3 weeks away, so my drop-off time is 11/28...... My car is only 7,774 miles (12,438 km)...... Car drives and feels normal through......

BTW, I bought an obd 2 scanner which should arrive today. I will report what's the code....... Yes, I indeed have checked simple things like gas tank cap...

A little annoyed and kept thinking I might should have bought a Lexus LC500 5.0L V8.....

OK, here is the promised follow-up...... OBD2 scanner told me "Code P04F0 EVAP system high load purge line A performance". Seems no big deal, new car warranty will cover it, also, Audi mailed me an extended warranty of 15 years & 150,000 miles (240,000 km) to cover the EVAP system.

PS: just FYI, Audi also mailed me a second extended warranty of 7 years & unlimited mileage to cover the known BSG alternator issue.... which will not be as mild as this EVAP issue, not fun.....

Again, this is all for gasoline 2.9L V6 TT.

Is that BSG extended warranty transferable?
