to all the s7 owners, is the dashboard leather or plastic?

Should be plastic just like the A6/S6 and A7. There may be an option in Europe (or elsewhere in the world) for a leather dash, but not in the US.

Really would love to have the leather dash option and the alcantara headliner like the A8!

Take it to an interior shop and have it done. In Europe (UK I believe), they buy the car with a base interior to lower the yearly tax. They have custom work done after they take possession. There are some shots of a A6 like that in the A6 photo stickey.

Someone should start a S7 photo thread on this side.
