Default I was there this past Monday, from 11:40 to 11:50, no one was there
I was starving and given that it took over 20 minutes to get there (and another 20 minutes to get back to work), I had to bail and get something to eat.

But I'm for another try. Monday works better for me than Tuesday.

Is the downtown Chili's the one on 4th South and just west of 7th East?

Default I have a meeting scheduled for 11:30 Tuesday, but it gets cancelled more often than not
