Well I'm going on assumptions and just piecing together information
The sign up sheet had a section for "dinner guest", which implies to me say a SO that isn't doing the driving event but will be here. So that means a dinner will be planned.
Then there is the Winter driving school experience, where there was a dinner that first night.
So piecing those together, I suspect a dinner will happen that first night.
But Mark, you could probably do a BBQ the 2nd night. After a full day of hard driving at a race track, ending around 5pm, I suspect some people will be spending Tuesday night still in SLC.
