Spotted Red S4 on I-215 NB by 33rd/39th S exit

No, was when I was going home. So shortly after 6pm.
Red S4, looked lowered (was behind me), had a black license plate with 4 rings on it instead of a proper Utah front plate.

Not me. I would be heading south at that time. I live just off the 39th south exit.
I'm running a Swiss plate right now....
