Default 2021 Q5e Jerking when accelerating from stop

I have a 2021 Q5E and have this problem off and on. When I'm at a stop and start accelerating, the car jerks pretty significantly when it seems like going from 1st to 2nd gear. It only does this in standard mode. When I put the car into sports mode, it does not do it. It doesn't do it all the time but enough be be an issue.
I brought it to the dealership and they said they ran it through the computer and no fault codes found.
They suggested trying different gas and Audi recommends a few types (Mobil, Exxon, etc). I've been using Costco 93 octane which is rated Top Tier so that doesn't make any sense.

Try techron fuel system cleaner (black bottle) and see if it goes away. Could be dirty injector heads

Experiencing the same issue for the last 6 months. Brought it to 2 different Audi service places. One place suggested gas quality is the issue (not the case) other place still has no idea. Were you able to resolve this problem? Any imput?

Our Audi tech have taken the car personally to try and replicate the issue. Always happens to them as well, but have no clue what it is. We leave it with them for a week or two while they try different things. 2019 just about done with warranty, and that was the only reason we brought it to them. wanted to get the problem on record before we hit 50k. They have tried so many random things.

First thing to determine is it an engine power delivery issue or a driveline issue. If the engine itself is accelerating smoothly but the chassis has vibrations when starting to roll then look for worn out suspension parts. Most common is worn joints in the front control arms with higher mileage. Play in the joints combined with suspension coil springs and driveshaft hanger bearing can cause oscillations specifically when starting to roll from a standstill.
