This video was made just after the engine finished start up from cold.
Do you think this is something to worry about?
Any tell tale signs of rocker arm failure?
I don't have a borescope to check myself yet, but considering it.

By no means should you rely on my opinion as fact - but the ticking noise sounds to "fast" for the given rpm of your engine. It's been a year since my S5 engine crapped out but I kind of remember the ticking to be both louder and slower - ie: less ticks per revolution of the engine. What that sounds like to me is ticking from the camshaft hitting the plunger of the high pressure fuel pump.
If you can, pull the camshaft position sensors on each bank. They use magnets to detect when the camshaft rotates by. The magnets will tend to pick up any metallic wear from the camshaft and or bearings. If they are coated in a grey metallic oil, you have a problem.
