Is it possible to order the interior cargo rail system when specking a new Q8? On the Q5 ,I believe, the option code is 3GN.

In the US, it's never been possible to order on any Q8/SQ8/RSQ8 variant. (MY20-24) Despite being available globally, for other markets.

However, it can always be retrofitted after the fact. Making for an excellent organization system. We carry the kit, available for purchase here.
