2010 S5 fans run forever
Hi, my 2010 V8 S5 runs the fans excruciatingly long after turning off, specifically when running AC
its to the point where I will come back to the car over an hour later and the fans are still running
the temps on the dash seem fine, havnt checked via OBD2 but this car hasnt had any overheating problems, and even when I come back out to the car starting it back up the needle is halfway cooled down and the fans are still running
can anyone please let me know what could have failed here, air in the coolant?

The afterrun is suppose to be limited to 15m. That the fans are still running an hour after engine off, you've got some failure of the fan controller, I would expect. Is there any time when the fans have stopped running?
