The RSNAV device and the MMI 3G display have HSD connectors. The Concert display has a 10-pin connector. Sure, you could source the 10-pin connector and the HSD connector and do the wiring. But do you have the pinout of how the wires were assigned? It has nothing to do with CAN; that's on the quad-block connector.

I know, only:
for MMI 3g, needs only regular lvds cable (extender)
Hopefully someone with RSNAV with Concert can work out the pinout for you. It would be RSNAV information, not Audi information, so not something one can look up in the workshop manuals.
