Creaking on '23 SQ7

Creaking on '23 SQ7
Anyone have random creaking in these areas?
1. Center Arm rest. There's some flex in the trim pieces which are plastic, and if I press down, there's a plastic creaking sound.
2. Subtle "click" / "creak" in the B-pillar. Not sure where this is coming from. It's seems to be in the B pillar so I was thinking the air duct blend control, or the sun shade.
(2) seems to happen sometimes when body flexes but it's not 100% of the time.
More disappointed with (1) seeing as it's a premium luxury car and all other pieces feel sturdy except this seemingly overlooked area.
