'07 Q7 3.6 W/ Pano Roof

Seems my headliner is starting to come off the foam backing on almost all areas of my headliner. Has anyone replaced the headliner themselves? And were there any close fabric matches to the grey headliner? Looking to take it out myself and re-upholster the whole thing.
Its 17 years old, unfortunately everything starts to show its age now

I've seen headliner fabric listed on Amazon, if ya wanna DIY it...but I'd start with doing some online searching for demo/ how-to videos to do a good job with it and get tips on the best materials to use for a lasting refurb effort, etc.
