Hello,

today I was trying to charge my car by public charge station. When I pluged cable into my car, light turned orange/yellow and never switched to green, car is not charging. Is there anybody that had same issue?

Any error messages in the app or on the dash? Does the light stay yellow, does it turn off after a while, or does it turn red? I take it you tried more than one plug / charging station?!

No messages in the app or on the dash, the light stay yellow, it did not turn red or white, I was waiting for 5 minutes and it was yellow whole time, I tried 2 stations and it was same.

New-to-you car, or did it use to work before? Yellow means car and charging station are communicating. If an error occurs, like the locking error my car currently suffers from, it will turn red. Can you read out OBDII errors?

It happened for the first time, virtual cockpit shows that i am pluged but car is not charging. I can not read obd errors, i dont know what that is.
