My radiator support splash shield (Part #8W0863822B) got ripped off and the dealer wants $600 for parts alone. I found the splash shield, but unsure what fasteners and clips I need to buy. I am also curious if anyone has installed one by themselves. Anyone have input on what clips/bolts/screws I need for this install?

Just gonna state the obvious and say I'd think that depends on which fasteners and clips you lost when it was ripped off. I'd work with the parts guy at my dealership to figure out which fasteners are needed if you lost them all.

Edit: if the link doesn't open, try searching for B9 street shield. Not advocating for slapping on a metal part in place of the original but the installation manual pdf shows the location and types of fasteners. But your best bet might be to look it up in the parts catalog.
There are four types of fasteners (I could be wrong - just going off memory here): 1) 13 mm hex head, one on each side - these are the big bolts that you can install first since they can easily hold up the tray when you install the other fasteners, 2) T25 1/4 turn that thread into metal clips, standard Audi/VW, not sure of the exact number, 3) T25 screws that thread into plastic clips, 4) T30 head that thread into metal clips, also standard VW/Audi, not sure sure of the exact number. In total there are 10-15 screws, maybe a few more.

I called the Audi dealer where the parts would be shipping from, he listed 3 part numbers that I would need as the splash guard itself comes with a few of the attachments.
- 8K0863788 (2) plastic rivets
- 8W0805121 (2) dowel pins
- N91251601 (4) bolts
Does that sound correct?

The front splash guard/skid is still attached, this is for the "rear" splash guard, so I think I'd specifically need this rear splash guard. I replied below to you as well with the part numbers, new to this forum... My bad

Ah ok! If it's the rear one, that's called the 'transmission splash shield' and is small/less expensive compared to the 'radiator splash shield'.
The transmission splash shield is held by 2x plastic dowel clips and 5x T25 1/4 turn metal screws, I'm pretty sure about that. At least on my '17 FWD sedan.
So the parts you'd need would be:
8K0863788 (2)
8W0805121 (5) - check if the mating metal slips that's attached to the sub-frame is intact, else you'd need those as well.
The third part you listed - N91251601 - I don't believe is needed for the rear shield.
