I have an EPC error on my 2010 Q5 (also the brake pedal is a bit hard to push down when starting the car, then it's fine after).
Is it worth scanning it myself to see if I can get any further details? If so, is there a particular scanner you recommend? I see too many with varying prices on Amazon (and elsewhere) and I have no idea what to get.
In the end, I have to bring it for repair as I'm not able to do any sort of repair on my own (other than changing wiper blades!), so if it's a waste to scan it then I won't bother.
Thank you.
