There is a yellow plug to the right of the steering column that plugs into the Clock spring my tab is broken.
Is this plug for the steering wheels airbag?
My airbag light is on and I think this is the cause. It will not turn off after the codes are erased.

Hi, I have not removed the wheel myself but it looks very easy to do based on this vid
And yes yellow connectors denote airbag system connections.
Good luck, Haya....
