Up to 2024, I believe the A4 - A7 for the North American market were all made in Germany. My 2021 allroad says Ingolstadt. The A3 has some production lines in Hungary. If you are not in North America, then who knows.
If you definitely need to be 100% sure it was made in Deutschland, buy a used car and check the production sticker to confirm the source.

If you're asking about a type 8W (B9 A4), they're all made in Germany.
