Okay, I know a couple of you have been wronged by Rusnak Pasadena and/or Johnny Borja but I tell ya, my visits have been great.
I had the rear dome light housing replaced, low oil pan gasket replaced and auxiliary (secondary) water pump and coolant hose replaced. Engine cleaned. All under warranty. They had the car for three days and I got to drive a Jaguar loaner. Borja called me at least twice a day to let me know it's status.
They have two A3's available for test drive. Great little car. Both were priced in the mid 20's. I think they'll sell like hotcakes.

Johnny tries... but he's dishonest when he gets caught short, or Stan Ford makes things difficult...
...and THAT is what I find objectionable. If you tell the truth, and admit fault, I can maintain respect for you. However, if you try to cover your tracks, and tell me that you didn't say something, or make a promise and then deny having made it, you're sour.

If they actually do the work, it's good work...
Getting them to do it on time or at all, is the trick. They also "stole" a chip out of the Avant I purchased there... It was GIAC, which is not my preference, and the car was and is somehow Assured, so I didn't make a big deal out of it, but certainly, it was a shady maneuver at best.
