Does anyone have experience with Beverly Hills Audi - Service Dept.?

(...On Santa Monica and Veteran).
I'm thinking of taking my A3 there. They're super close to where I live, and I've seen their work area from the street, and it looks really clean. Does anyone know if they do good work?

they got me my radio code for free....

other dealers were charging me $50+ to get it. and the guy did it over the phone tooo!

I've been satisfied with them.

ask for Tim Bennet. the audi shop is actually over on Pontius I believe, but pick up and drop off is at the Veteran location.

Been going there exclusively for 16 years..
They are very much into replacing anything faulty under warranty no questions asked..and they know the current warranrty policies...unlike most dealers who try to make you pay for stuff that should be free..
