ECU upgrade for my 30th birthday, but GIAC or APR in Socal (Newport Beach)??
I'm wondering who in the Orange County area has done this & who they went to?? Looking for the best price, service, etc.
Also a place to get my windows tinted cheap (~$150).

U should go with the one closest to you. I that case GMG Racing is closest i believe they are located in Santa Ana.
